This past weekend we had temperatures here that hit the low 20's (degrees celcius)

I told somebody here that back home when it starts getting cold and you have a period of a few warm days we call it an indian summer. He told me that here they call it an old woman's summer.
So I did some looking and its called different things in many countries.
Old Womans Summer - Russia, Poland, Ukraine, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Hungary
Gypsy Summer - Bulgaria
Brittsommar - Sweden
St Martins Summer - France
Summer of Old Ladys - Lithuania
Re-summer - Latvia
Pastrami Summer - Turkey
